Ciao! My name is Ileana, I’m originally from NYC and now a private chef & fresh pasta making teacher living in Florence since 2016. While pasta classes and tours of the farmer’s market are my specialty, every November I shift gears because I’m OBSESSED with Thanksgiving. It’s one of my favorite holidays and since 2020 I’ve created a pop-up catering for to go Thanksgiving dinners. This year I’m scaling back to just a handful of private chef orders. Once my tiny Florentine kitchen is filled to capacity I will not be able to take more orders, so please reach out ASAP if you need help with your Thankgiving!

Thanksgiving Schiacciata Pop Up at the Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio
The Sant’Ambrogio market is where I spend most of my days shopping for clients and for my classes. It’s my source of menu inspirations and the vendors have become my buddies. I’m excited to announce that for the first time I’ll also be sharing Thanksgiving cheer with a schiacciata pop-up at Enogastronomia da Stefano on Thursday 27th of November & Friday 28th of November from 10 am to 2pm.
