Ciao! I’m Ileana — originally from NYC and now a private chef and fresh pasta teacher living in Florence since 2016. While pasta classes and farmer’s market tours are my specialty, every November I shift gears for my favorite holiday: Thanksgiving!
I’m completely obsessed with it — the food, the traditions, the cozy energy of the season. Since 2020, I’ve hosted a small pop-up offering to-go Thanksgiving dinners, and it’s become a little tradition here in Florence.
This year, I’m keeping things more intimate — taking on just a handful of private chef Thanksgiving dinners cooked from my tiny Florentine kitchen. Once I reach capacity, I won’t be able to take more orders, so if you’d like to celebrate with a homemade feast, please reach out soon!

I’m obsessed with Thanksgiving — it’s truly one of my favorite holidays! While some people find cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner stressful, I absolutely love the kitchen chaos that comes with it. Over the years, I’ve roasted more than 80 turkeys, and I still look forward to it every time.
