Thanksgiving 2025

I’m OBSESSED with Thanskgiving!….so excited for Thanksgiving 2025 in Florence and beyond! Looking forward to cooking for you or showing you how to host your own TG Dinner

Since 2020 I’ve created a Thanksgiving Pop Up for food to go, and this year I’m scaling back slightly for a variety of reasons. I’ll be accepting a few private chef orders for the week of Thanksgiving, as well as Friendsgivings throughout November all prepared in my tiny Florentine kitchen.

While some people can find making your own Thanksgiving a bit stressful and overwhelming, I absolutely love it! I’ve made more than 80 turkeys and can either take the stress away by preparing your dinner or showing you how to make your own dinner.

If you need help and rather not cook, I’m here to help! All orders are bespoke to your needs from a whole roasted turkey dinner, to just the whole roasted turkey or just pies. Since I’ll be working from my tiny Florentine kitchen, I’ll be taking just a few orders until filled to my tiny kitchen capacity.

AND if you’re in Florence or not this year and want recipes and tips on how to host your own dinner I’m also here to help! For the first time ever I decided to share my Thanksgiving secrets! Everything from how to host your own dinner, tips on organizing your Thanksgiving Dinner Prep, like what to do when etc. I’ll be publishing my very first Thanksgiving Guide so that you can host your own dinner with ease, and creating video content with my recipes and tips!

One of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is the leftover sandwiches! I have been making them with a Tuscan twist on our local schiacciatta bread, and this year I’ll be making TG sandwiches not from leftovers but on purpose at the Sant’Ambrogio Farmer’s Market. I’m so excited for this as this is my local farmer’s market where I bring tours and my pasta classes, it’s where I shop for my daily food, and I’m collaborating with one of my favorite vendors which honestly all my vendors are really my buddies as food is community in Florence. I”ll be making sandwiches on TG until market close if you want to have a taste of TG with a Tuscan twist at:
